Requests from RiverCenter

  1. Permission to install holiday lights, decorations and tree in the business district in accordance with plans from previous years.  Installation to begin on or around October 28, 2019.  Decorations to be removed by January 15, 2020.  Lights to be removed by March 31, 2020.
  2. Request for free parking on November 29 & 30, 2019 (Black Friday, Small Business Saturday) and from December 12 through 25, 2018 for holiday shopping.
  3. Request to hold the following events (subject to final plan review by Special Events Committee):

                 Holiday Town Lighting & Santa Express with Holiday Express Concert – November 29

         ●       Holiday Harmonies – Every Saturday November 30 – December 21

         ●       Holiday Horse & Wagon Rides – Every Saturday November 30 – December 21

Special Event recommendations for approval:

  1. Request from Sidewalk Talk set up chairs at Riverside Gardens Park so people can meet therapists as part of an international listening project on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 11 am to 1pm.
  2. Request from Dublin House to erect a tent in the front courtyard at 30 Monmouth Street from Wednesday, November 27 through Saturday, November 30, 2019.
