The 2017 General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Other important dates are listed below:
- Tuesday October 17, 2017 Last Day to Register to Vote in the General Election Voter Registration Application
- Tuesday October 31, 2017 Last Day Applications for a Vote By Mail ballot can be received at the Monmouth County Clerk's Office via regular mail. Vote By Mail Application
- Monday November 6, 2017 Last day (3 p.m.) to receive, in person or by messenger, applications for Vote by Mail ballots for the General Election.
- Tuesday November 7, 2017 General Election. Polls open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Note: All eligible New Jersey voters who requested a Mail-in Ballot (PDF)for every General Election will receive a mail-in ballot for the General Election of November 7, 2017.
