The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Red Bank have announced the release of a Management Enhancement Review report commissioned in October of 2017 that identifies areas that can be improved and makes recommendations to enhance management of the Municipality.
In October of 2017, Mayor Pasquale Menna called for an analysis of operations. Citing the retirement of long-time Administrator Stanley Sickels, he said it seemed like a natural time for such a review. Government Strategy Group was retained to identify issues and make suggestions for improvement. The report is a comprehensive study and makes numerous recommendations for the Governing Body and municipal staff. The Council and Administrator have already begun the process to prioritize and implement the recommendations in the report in an effort to move the Borough forward in a positive direction.
