SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

RED BANK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

RED BANK PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Red Bank Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Red Bank Planning Board will convene a joint Special Meeting on March 3, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers (Municipal Complex) 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, New Jersey.

            At the Special Meeting, the combined Board Members (and their representatives) will review and discuss Legal Standards affecting Site Plan, Subdivision, Use / ”d” Variance, and Bulk Variance Applications - and recent and established Court Decisions affecting / interpreting the same.  The Board Members will also discuss recent Legal Developments pertaining to Affordable Housing Regulations.

            At 7:00 p.m., the Planning Board will convene its regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting.  Accordingly, at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment Members may decide to continue their discussion in the 3^rd Floor Conference Room of the Planning and Zoning Office, Red Bank Municipal Complex, 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, New Jersey.

            The meeting is open to the public.
