2008-15            An Ordinance Amending Chapter XX, “Water and Sewer,” Section 20-8, “Sewer Connection Fees” and Section 20-9, “Water Connection Fees.”

 

2008-16            An Ordinance Amending & Supplementing Chapter VII, “Traffic,” Section 7-3.6, “Parking Time Limited on Certain Streets,” Schedule IV, “Time Limited Parking.”

 

2008-17            Bond Ordinance Providing for Phase II Road Improvements to Spring Street; Appropriating $545,000 Therefor (Including a Grant Expected to be Received in the Aggregate Amount of $200,000) and Authorizing the Issuance of $328,000 Bonds or Notes of the Borough to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof.

 

2008-18            Bond Ordinance Amending & Supplementing Bond Ordinance Number 2004-35 Heretofore Finally Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Red Bank on September 28, 2004, Entitled, “Bond Ordinance Providing for the Reconstruction of the Sewer Main Along Maple Avenue by the Water/Sewer Utility; Appropriating $1,000,000 Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $950,000 Bonds or Notes to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof,” as Previously Amended & Supplemented by Bond Ordinance Number 2005-23 Finally Adopted on May 23, 2005, to Amend the Description Thereof.
