Request for Qualifications for Professional Services, Labor Counsel

Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Red Bank is soliciting Request for Qualifications through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. for Labor Counsel.

Sealed proposals will be received February 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time in the Council Chambers, 1st floor at 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701 at which time and place proposals will be opened and read in public for the following:

Office of the Borough Administrator during regular business hours 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday by calling 732-530-2748 or faxing request to 732-450-1316.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
