Mayor's Wellness Committee announces Vision Statement

Mayor Menna recently appointed the members of his Mayor’s Wellness Committee and the group has held two meetings and chosen a Vision Statement. 

Working under the statement, “Creating a Healthier Community – Today, Tomorrow, Together,” the group is comprised of Borough officials, residents and representatives of the business community.  Upcoming events they are hoping to sponsor include a Health Fair for both Borough employees and residents and a one mile walk led by the Mayor.

Committee members include Mayor Menna, Councilman Michael DuPont, Chairman Rick Ivone, Parks and Recreation Director Memone Crystian, Health Officer Sandra Van Sant, Tim Hogan of Riverview Medical Center, Linda Ambis of the YMCA, Margaret Mass of the Red Bank Visitors Center, Rev. Terrence Porter, Carolyn Robertshaw, Jenny Rossano and Doreen Hoffmann.
