Police Department Organizational StructureRed Bank Police Department under the command of Chief Mark F. Fitzgerald is located in the municipal complex at 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, New Jersey. It has 42 sworn police officers including a Chief, four Captains, five Lieutenants, seven Sergeants, two Detectives, and 23 patrolmen. There are also four civilian dispatchers, a records officer, and two senior secretaries.
The Police Department is divided into three sections. They are the Patrol Division, the Criminal Investigation Division, and the Service Division.
