Copyright Kramer PortraitsMany have forgotten that Red Bank would not have a modern first rate Senior Center if it was not for the dedication and enthusiasm of Ethel Frankel. She was the original unpaid advocate and Director. Ethel would personally attend to the needs of many seniors when funding was not available.
It is fitting that Ethel will continue to smile on all our visitors to the Center in the form of a donated portrait that hangs in the lobby.
May her memory be blessed and may we continue to care for our mature residents with the same concern and enthusiasm that was shown by Ethel.
