The Red Bank Annual Audit conducted and released by Borough Auditor David Kaplan and CFO Frank Mason is a stellar report to the residents on the Borough’s financial condition and management. It is in no small measure due to the professionalism of CFO Frank Mason and his dedicated staff, the Borough Administrator and the Finance Committee, headed by Councilman Michael DuPont. Audit reports from my initial days on the Council contained dozens of corrective actions and audit comments and the current audit contains two minor recommendations that have already been addressed. My compliments especially to current Borough Clerk Pamela Borghi and Deputy Borough Clerk Bonnie Thomas for a stellar job.
The residents should be proud of the high marks received by their Borough and for the dedicated stewardship and the tone set by the Governing Body.
