Door to Door Solicitation

We are aware of an incident in a neighboring county that involved a door-to-door solicitor which has created concern among some residents. As a reminder, residents are able to register with the Borough to have their home added to a "no knock" list. When solicitors apply for a permit with the Borough Clerk's office, they are provided with a list of homes which have registered and they are instructed not to knock on those doors. This restriction does not apply to political campaigning activities, but does apply to all solicitors.
