Weeks after hosting its Annual Employee Wellness Fair, the Borough of Red Bank is proud to spotlight the event’s strong impact and reaffirm the Borough’s ongoing commitment to supporting the health and well-being of its workforce. The fair served as a major cornerstone of the Borough’s year-round wellness initiative, providing staff with meaningful access to preventive care, benefit education, and community-based resources.
Organized by the Employee Wellness Committee, the fair offered flu shots, wellness screenings, scalp analysis, chair massages, and direct guidance on employee benefits. Attendees also engaged with nutrition experts, holistic wellness practitioners, and local fitness partner services that continue to support healthier habits long after the event.
“Even weeks later, we’re hearing from employees about how valuable these resources were,” said Borough Manager Jim Gant. “Our goal is to make wellness accessible all year, and for all employees to have an opportunity to check-in with their health. This annual fair helps set a foundation for employee wellness that we continue building on.”

The Employee Wellness Committee has worked throughout the year to expand access, foster new partnerships, and create an environment where Borough employees feel valued and supported.
