Parking Permits

Municipal Residential Parking Permits

Residents may apply to the office of the Borough Parking Utility located at 42 West Front Street for a residential parking permit. Driver License and a valid vehicle registration card are required.

Please disregard any Residential permits that have an expiration date as there is no need to renew them once you have received one. The best location to place the Residential Permit is on the front windshield a few inches above the Inspection Sticker. All permits can also be displayed visibly in the rear driver's side window or driver's/driver's passenger side window, which are not tinted.

Municipal Public Parking Lot Permits

Permits may be obtained at the office of the Borough Parking Utility located at 42 West Front Street. All permits must be displayed visibly from the rear view mirror when parked. 

Fees for public parking lot permits are as follows:

• Monthly:    $180
• Quarterly:  $275
• 6-months:  $500
• Yearly:  $1,000

Contractor Permits

Permits may be obtained at the office of the Borough Parking Authority located at 42 West Front Street.

Fees for Contractor Permits are as follows: 

• 30 days per Meter Permit - $135
