Red Bank Recreation works hard to bring quality programs and events for the youth and adults of our community. Starting in the winter, we offer indoor soccer programs for children ages 5-17. Basketball programs are run by Jersey Fusion, they take place in the winter season and sometimes in the spring/summer or fall/winter. The spring season brings youth track and field, and of course baseball and softball for all ages. Another community event we host in the spring is the Spring Egg-Hunt and a Community Pride Celebration at Riverside Gardens Park. 

The town also hosts The Red Bank 5K Classic Race, which is organized by a committee that involves different entities such as Red Bank River Center, YMCA, Parks and Recreation and others. The race features 5K Run/Walk, Kids Broad Street Dash, post event activities and after party. Some of the proceeds go to our Parks and Recreation Dept. and The Community YMCA to better serve our community programs. 

For our busiest time of the year, the summer season, we offer camps for children and the famous Summer Series in the Park. Our Summer Series include movies, fitness and jazz. We welcome everyone to come to Riverside Gardens Park to enjoy these free events. Special thanks to the Community YMCA and Jazz Arts Project for coordinating the Summer Series with us. 

During the fall season, we prepare an amazing Halloween Parade with live music, bands, games and much more. Recreational soccer for children Pre-K to 8th grade. Flag football is also offered for our youth by the Red Bank AYF. Other events offered in the fall are Hispanic Heritage Celebration, Halloween Movie night in the Park, Evening Adult basketball, Buddyball program and Evening classes at the Senior Center for Adults and Youth.
