Door-to-Door Engagement Begins the week of October 20

Funded by the Legislative Grant for Multilingual Services | Led by Civic Operations Group

The Borough of Red Bank is proud to announce the launch of our Community Outreach Program, fully funded through the Legislative Grant for Multilingual Services. This initiative, led by the Civic Operations Group, is designed to strengthen communication, ensure equitable access to services, and connect all residents to vital resources.

Beginning the week of October 20, outreach teams will be walking door-to-door throughout Red Bank to share Statewide and Borough resources with every household.

What Residents Can Expect

• Outreach Teams in Your Neighborhood: Visiting homes throughout the week, providing resource guides and information.
• Identifiable and Safe: All team members will wear safety vests and carry official lanyards/ID badges.
• Multilingual Engagement: Resources and conversations available in multiple languages for inclusivity.

Purpose of the Program

The Community Outreach Program ensures that every resident has access to information and services. Through this initiative, the Borough and Civic Operations Group aim to:

• Provide multilingual outreach services that break down barriers to communication.
• Share important municipal, local, and state programs available to residents.
• Promote equitable access to services for all community members.
• Gather feedback from residents to help shape future initiatives.

How Outreach Will Happen

Civic Operations Group will use a mix of outreach strategies, including:

• Door-to-door canvassing
• Phone banking
• Text messaging
• Printed and digital informational materials

Residents are encouraged to engage with the outreach teams, ask questions, and accept the materials provided.
