By Ordinance, the Borough may issue a maximum of one Class I, one Class II, one Class III, one Class IV, one Class VI, and three Class V licenses. If/when the Borough has issued the maximum number of licenses for a particular class of cannabis business, the Borough’s Cannabis Review Board will continue to review applications, and if approved, the successful applicant will be placed on a first-in-time priority waitlist for the next license that becomes available for said class of cannabis business.
