ABOUT US:
Established by Ordinance No. 2025-06 on April 24, 2025, the Red Bank Visual Arts Committee was created to foster the growth and appreciation of public visual arts throughout the Borough. Recognizing that art plays a vital role in shaping community identity, beautifying neighborhoods, and promoting cultural and economic vitality, the committee works to ensure that all public art contributions enhance and complement their surroundings.
Guided by Red Bank’s broader strategies for economic development and tourism, the Visual Arts Committee supports initiatives that integrate visual art into public spaces—enriching the lives of residents and visitors alike. From murals and installations to community-centered art projects, the committee serves as a steward of creativity and inclusion across our town.
The Visual Arts Committee is composed of appointed community members dedicated to curating thoughtful, inspiring, and site-sensitive public art that reflects the values, diversity, and vibrancy of Red Bank.
