Meeting Participation Protocols

  1. Planning and Zoning Board Meeting Protocols
  • Members of the public will be provided an opportunity to speak on non-agenda items before the meeting adjourns. 
  • The public will have five (5) minutes to speak to Board regarding matters related to the land use. 
  • Comments will be accepted in person at the meeting only. If a member of the public wishes to speak, they may raise their hand and will be called up by the chairperson.
